Peaceful Solstice 2022

Wishing you a Peaceful Solstice 2022

Hello friend,

Welcome to the shortest day/longest night in the northern hemisphere. In Seattle we are enjoying sunshine, snow, and extremely cold temperatures. It’s perfect weather for staying home with a hot cup of tea, and looking out at the sun on sparkling rooftops.

During this busy season of holidays and looking towards the new year, the Winter Energies remind us that rest and stillness are also asking for our attention.

Thanks to the snow and ice, I have been gifted with an opportunity today to pause and take a breath. Do you have a moment to join me? If it feels right, place your hand on your heart and take a few breaths into this moment of stillness and peace.

My heart is full of gratitude for you, and I hope you can feel the warm hug coming your way.

If warm food would make your heart happy, please click the link below for a gift of three recipes from the Winter Reset, coming up the first week of February 2023. No obligation or strings attached. I love giving gifts, and feeding people delicious and nourishing food.

Wishing you a Peaceful Solstice, Happy Holidays, and a joy filled New Year!
Looking forward to connecting with you soon.
Love and thanks!
