Why should I Reset or “Cleanse/Detox”? It sounds like a whole lot of hard work.
I’m all about making the Reset EASY and FUN – two words that usually aren’t associated with the idea of a detox or cleanse. You won’t starve, I promise! In fact, you will be getting a meal plan and lots of delicious recipes that will instantly boost your healthy, gluten-free meal repertoire. In fact, I’m so committed to your success that you’ll get support, bonuses, and live calls at the beginning and end of the program to set you up for long-term success.
Do I have to follow all of the recipes exactly as written? What if I don’t like or can’t eat some of the ingredients?
The recipes are offered so the program can be easy to follow. They were created by a professional chef to be delicious while following the guidelines of the program. Many folks like the food so much they use these recipes year round, outside of the program. If you have favorite meals that fit the spirit of the 5-Day Reset (clean veggies, clean protein, sugar-free, gluten-free, delicious and nourishing) you are welcome to include them. I am happy to help you with your food choices or talk about specific recipes at any time during the program.
Will I see results in only 5-days?
Yes! The 5-Day Reset focuses on introducing lots of healthy, nutrient dense foods into your diet rather than restricting you to a few foods and drinks. People who have already gone through one of my 5-Day Resets have had incredible results. Weight loss, better sleep, more energy, less joint pain, and less bloating are all results experienced by 5-Day Reset participants.
